We had a lovely stay at the vacation rental studio. It was great to be able to cook our own meals instead of relying on restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. on the whole, it’s excellent base for having fun and exploring brookings. good to have central heating, a microwave and a refrigerator. it's not too far from first rise bakery, offering treats and coffee/tea.

We stayed at this vacation rental studio for a week and it was perfect for our needs. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge plus, as it saved us from having to eat out every night. My stay at the Brookings Vacation Rental Studio - Walk To Town! was fantastic! The convenience of being able to cook our own meals made the trip so much easier, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Wi-fi availability was a definite plus, and we always had plenty of hot water for showers. The parking spot provided was also a nice perk. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Although there was no TV, it wasn't a big issue as we were out and about most of the day. In terms of cleanliness, there was a slight smell near the bed and the heater, possibly due to a rug.
